What is the turn-around time of your medical transcriptions? |
We provide excellent turn-around times of about 24 to 48 hours guaranteed. General transcriptions will be available for your review and printing before 9 a.m. the following day, which will be less than 24 hours turn-around time. We also offer the facility of next day reporting (practically 12 hour turnaround time while charging for 24 hour turnaround time). For example, you will get back the reports at 9.00 a.m. irrespective of the time you dictated them the previous day, from 9.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m. You can also select turnaround times to meet your needs – 48 hour, 24 hour, and 12 hour. You may choose different default turnaround times by report type or you can specify that with each report. |

What is the cost of your service? |
We normally charge on the basis of turnaround time and per line, upholding the Billing Method Principles approved by the Medical Transcription Industry Alliance in 2001. The real rates come very cheap in comparison to in-house or other outsourced agencies, at least 10-30% lesser, because of innovative use of transcription methods and smooth and informed workflow. We are happy to quote you a price after we have established a "scope of work." You will understand it is impossible to provide one set price when no two clients want the same thing. Please e-mail us to get an understanding where and how can we save costs for you with making better workflow. Research indicates that the in-house transcriptionists can cost as high as 40 cents per line. Our competitors in this field charge up to 17 cents per line. But our service can run as low as 6* cents per line. This means that you can save 25% to 60% from anywhere. *Depending on dictation quality and turnaround time. |
